Using stationery in a reply

I have a default stationery and signature that I use when starting a new
email. But when I want to send a reply to someone, the signature
automatically appears but the stationery does not. How can I send a reply
using both my default stationery and my signature?

Hi MW,

In outlook 2000/2003 check the Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts and select
use the font specified in the stationary.

Hope this works

Hi, Graham. Thanks for your help. However, the font is not the problem, so
the issue persists. I have an electronic business card that I use as part of
the stationery. When I start a new email, the card appears in the stationery
as it should. But when I use the reply function to reply to someone's email,
the business card does not appear in the stationery. The signature appears
as it should, but not the business card. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Have you only got the one signature and is it set for both New Messages and
also Replies and Forwarding ?

Yes, only the one signature, and it is set for both New as well as Replies
and Forwarding. And it works with all of them. But the stationery with the
business card only appears when I start a New message, and not when I Reply
or Forward.
