Using "supertips" in custom add-ins

I'm creating a custom add-in for Word 2007 containing cusotm macros, buttons,
etc. Many of the buttons include the supertip attribute, which displays some
custom text of my choosing, along with the name of the custom add-in and a
prompt to hit F1 for help - these latter items are displayed automatically.

2 questions:

1) Can the add-in name that appears in the supertip can be turned off/removed?

2) Hitting F1 goes to Office help instead of a custom help file for my
add-in. Is it possible to remove the F1 prompt or change it to point to my
cusotm help file?

Thanks

Hi =?Utf-8?B?anB0ZW1w?=,

The answer to both questions is NO. This capability isn't built into the RibbonX
design. Both behaviors are there to assist the user in finding out who has
supplied a particular command, and explain how to get rid of it.

Blame it on "impolite" Add-ins in earlier versions of Office that interfered
with the user's work and provided no information on how to return to the default
application interface...
