Using tables designed in Access 2000 in an Access 97 database

Is it okay to do this, or is it a bad move? I've really only ever worked
with 2000, but now we have a 97 database from one of our billing agents
that would make our lives a lot easier if I could use some of the 2000
tables in it.

Thanks! Tara

Access2000 can link to existing A97 tables (using File... Get External
Data... Link), but not vice versa. I'd suggest using Tools... Convert
to convert A COPY OF your A2000 database to A97 format, and importing
the tables.
