Using tables in forms

Is it possible to have it so that when you use a wizard to
convert a table to a form, the form would automatically
update and reflect any changes that were made in the
initial table used?

You don't convert a Table to a Form. You create a Form using the Table as a
RecordSource. The Form is an independent Access Object after it was created
by the Wizard so the answer to your question is no.

However, if the Form is that simple, you can simply delete the existing Form
and use the Wizard to create a new Form using the modify Table as the
RecordSource.

You can, of course, simply modify the existing Form.

MS Access automatically updates anything that is updated in the form to reflect in the table.... or vice versa....

You can always refresh the form or table by going to Records on the toolbar and clicking Refresh. This will ensure that whatever was updated in either the form or table is refelcted on the other object.
