using templates for busianess cards

I am new to macs--i have been a wordperfect/windows user for xxyears. I
am having trouble with word's template for business cards. when i click on
a specific card template & type in the additional information i want to be on
the card, i cannot figure out how to repeat that information on each of the
cards on that page. where is this command hidden? many thanks to
whoever helps this desperate mac newbie--barbara c

I assume you are going through Tools | Labels? Set the correct template for
the business card, enter the information you want in the Address box, and
select the radio button for "full page of the same label".

Your version may have changed the commands, but it should work similarly.

Of course business cards are not labels, but Word just uses the "labels"
command to generate a table of the right size, for whatever template you may
have.
