Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Without a "home" key on a MacBook Pro laptop, how does one return to A1 in an Excel spreadsheet or "End" for that matter? I know one can do "page up" and "page across" but this seems rather clumsy. With a PC or desk top Mac the appropriate "home" and "end" keys are present.

They're on your MBP as well, but because of the compact nature of the
keyboard they're combined into the arrow keys. Use the key labeled 'fn' in
order to elicit their operation.

Thank you,

You can use control+up arrow and control+down arrow to move quickly to
the beginning or end of a worksheet.

Edit > Go To is another way to get around.

Check Excel Help to get a list of Keyboard Shortcuts.

View > Customize Menus and Toolbarws > Keyboard (button) opens the
Customize Keyboard dialog box.
