Using the database wizard

I have a error message "The selected table has only one field or contains no
definition information. The database wizard requires aminumum of one
keyfeild and one addition data feild."

I have no problem using old Access files and old Excell file, but as soon as
I make a change to particular files the will nolonger connect to the stencil.
I'm currently using Access 2002 and Visio 2003. I would greatly appreciate
any help.

It seems many people feel that the database-wizard is convenient but too
complicated to use. And it seems that many people feel difficult to find out
which was wrong in the operatiion through their long tiresome operation along
many dialogs of the wizard.

Thanks for the comment, I kept working with the Visio 2003 and the Access
2002 and I found out if I convert the Access database either to 2000 from
2002 or visa versa. It work just fine. But I have to convert after each
edit, am I missing something.
