using the Dictionary

I am running Office 2000. When I bring up Word I would
like to use the "Dictionary" tool bar option. It is not
highlight in the tool bar like the other available
features are. What do I need to do to enable it?

Word doesn't have a built-in Dictionary. You may have installed an add-in at
some point.
