Using the Hidden Data Tool

I'm inserting PPT slides into a Word doc and am using the
hidden data tool to decrease the file size. Once the tool
runs, from that point forward (when opening the doc), a
pop-up window asks me if I want to view the doc as a read-
me or not. I want the doc to open clean. How can I get
this window to keep from popping up?
