Using the Import Project Wizard

When importing projects, I constantly get the SQL Server login screen as I am
connecting unsuccesfully. My server keeps defaulting to localhost. Once I
change it to the correct server, it continues further but again, keeps
changing back to localhost. Where can I change the default server so that my
imports do not require several iterations of changing the SQL Server login? I
do eventually get the project imported. Thanks.
