Using the Welcome Tool

I have installed the Welcome Page tool to use in one of my workspaces.
However, noone else can see the welcome page. Does each member of the
workspace need to install this tool to be able to view?

What version of Groove are you & your workspace members using?
(Groove v3.x or Groove 2007) ?
Also, what are their (including your) roles in the workspace?

Basically, the 'Welcome Page' tool is no longer available in the new Grv 2007
version. (see pg. 2 of the Groove 2007 User Guide).

"The following tools and toolsets are no longer available for adding to new
or existing workspaces: Contact Manager, Discussion, Document Review,
Outliner, Task Manager, Text, Tic-Tac-Toe, Web Links, Welcome Page, Advanced
Project Toolset, and Mobile Workspace for SharePoint."

On the MS site you can download an tool that is called Welcome Page tool.
Its a right type of Notepad.
That one works for Office Groove 2007
