Using Themes

By no means am I professional, I'm an education major. I'm trying to create
a website for a digital portfolio. I've found some really neat themes I'd
like to apply. When I hit apply, it applies the background. I can't find a
way to apply the banners or any of the other graphics that were shown in
theme templet. How can I apply these other graphics?

You have to build a navigation structure for the web under Navigation View.

It won't do the banners and navigation until you insert them (from Insert > Web
Component > Page banner and Web component > navigation)

Ok, I go into Web Component and I don't see navigation or Page Banner. I
see them under the drop down menu for Insert, but they are grayed out and I
can't select them. Any more suggestions? Please!

1) make sure you have a FP web/site open, (not just a page)
2) If using FP 2003 in Tools Page Options Authoring enable the Author Time Web Components and both options under it
