Using two printers in word 2002

T

Tony

I would like to print to two printers from the one word
document.
The first document will be a mailout which will print on
a laser printer, the second will be an address label
printed on a dedicated label printer (continuous roll).
This can be done by changing default printers each time I
print either the letter or the address label, however is
it possible to perform the task with one action if there
is bulk letters to be printed?

regards

Tony

Not in current versions of Word, no (at least not without an elaborate
macro).

Thanks Suzanne

You have confirmed my suspicions.
I had better look for a clever macro writer.

You could start by posting a question in microsoft.public.word.vba.general.
Very likely someone has already written a macro that can be adapted.
