using VIA3

A few months ago my company had us install an instant messaging program called VIA3. Within in a few hours of having this program on our computers we started having problems with our macros in Excel, Work, Outlook, (we're using Office 2000). We're able to get Excel and Work working, but Outlook hasn't been the same since. We uninstalled VIA hoping that would help, but it hasn't. Our task reminders in Outlook are popping up every hour for task that aren't due for another two months, and on other computers the task don't remind at all? We've tried everything and nothing has worked...
We've updated everything that we could..
I'm hoping someone has either worked with VIA before, or maybe knows why our Outlook tasks are so out of wack..

Try starting Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.
Start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders.

Hey,
Thanks for answering that question. But when I go to run and type in that command it tells me the command line argument is invalid, check to make sure the switch I'm using is valid.
I'm typing outlook.exe / cleanreminders, am I doing something wrong?
