Our church is celebrating its first anniversary and we are
wanting the utilize both photos and video in a PP show to
the congregation. Can someone please direct me in how to
incorporate photos and video footage into a PP
presentation or where I might be able to get this info.

Thank you
Cynthia

Cynthia,
To add the photos most efficiently, scan the photos in (if they aren't
already electronic) and put all of them in the same directory. Then, to read
this PPT FAQ page to learn about adding multiple photos to a presentation at
a time:

Multimedia elements (in your case a movie) will ALWAYS be on top. You cannot
place text or pictures on top of your movie. In addition, if you are
digitizing your movies, get them large (up to 720x480) so they playback as
clear as possible (vs. taking a 320x240 movie and stretching it in PPT to
fill the area desired - which creates a very pixelated/low quality movie
playback).
