Using views for different roles.

Hi all,

I have a form that is for new employees, which then needs to be approved by
a manager. Currently I have the form to be emailed to the manager, but then
stuck with what to do.
I need to know if it is possible to have the Team leader fill out a form in
view, then when the manager opens it, it just has a summary of the
information in a different view.
We do have a sharepoint server, so if it is easier to do it a different way
with that, that would also be helpful.
