Using Visio 5 with Windows XP

I installed Windows XP and there's an incompatibility
with my Visio version 5. Is there a way to use this
version of Visio with XP ?

Ignore the warning messages from the OS. You can run all versions of Visio
on XP.

Question for anyone reading this thread.

I have installed Visio 5.0 on Windows XP systems before and it seems to
work OK even though XP generates an "software incompatible" message after
the install. However, on some recent Windows XP systems ( the retail kind
like HP that do not give you and XP disk ( rather a recoverly partition)
and have some other software pre-installed as well ) I get a "VBA setup
has failed #9" message, this is unfortunate for me since I need the VBA
and it renders it inoperable. Anybody else seen this? The only fix I think
I can try is to get a regular XP disk ( $$$ ) and do a vanilla install and
try to install Visio 5.0. I have to use Visio 5.0 and can not use 2002,
etc.
