Using Visio documents to create Access database

I want to use my Visio document to create my database instead of having to
retype all of my fields and tables. Surely this is possible, given the
interoperability of Microsoft's products. I was told on the Access board
that it depended on the version of Visio that I have as to whether or not
this was possible. I'm using Visio (and Access) 2003, the Microsoft Office
version. Is there a workaround for this?

you have to use the version that comes with vs.net enterprise architect
edition.
