using windows key + s

I'm new to One Note '07', thought i would try the training and the practice.
When I try to copy notes and screen clips from other places I can't get the
windows key + s to work. I have tried with my xp and now with vista. any
suggestions??

The screen clipping feature needs to be loaded upon startup in order to
work.

In OneNote, go to Tools | Options | Other and make sure that "Place OneNote
icon of the notification area of the taskbar" is checked.
