Hi,
When I am trying to use the Global and letter templates that i developed in
word 2000 it is creating two letter documents when i am trying to create a
new document from a letter template. But it is working perfectly in word
2000. Please anyone suggest me how to avoid it and what is the reason.

Your second post is almost exactly identical to your first one...

Sorry, I cannot help...

Maybe someone else has had the exact same experience and can help without
seeing your code...
