Using Word as E-mail Editor

When I use Word as an E-mail editor in Outlook, with the format set to HTML,
single spacing shows up as double spacing when viewed on web email programs
such as Hotmail. How can I prevent this? thanks.

Try using Shift-Enter instead of Enter to separate lines or simply allowing
Word to autowrap.

It is not double-spacing. Your are using Word. That means you are
also using whatever setting you have configured for the paragraph
spacing. Word lets you define how far away (down) the next paragraph
will appear. There may not even be a blank line between paragraphs
but that doesn't stop you from defining paragraph spacing between
adjacent lines between paragraphs. You need to learn how to use Word
first. Word is a horrific HTML editor for e-mails.
