using word document

I'm using Microsoft Word 2002. Through-out the document
the text & where tabs are used there's green & red ziz-
zag underlines. When sending attachment on e-mail, the
receiver see's these lines too. I think it's the
formatting showing. I feel it's a turn of-turn-on editing
format, can't find through help or wizard.
Please help if you can,
appreciate it!

These indicate spelling and grammar errors. They will disappear if you turn
off "Check spelling as you type" and/or "Check grammar as you type" (on the
Spelling & Grammar tab of Tools | Options), but you can suppress the display
in a given document by checking the boxes for "Ignore spelling/grammar
errors in this document."
