Using Word for multi-part form replacement

I have the need for Word to replace a 4 copy form we are using. I have the
form laid out in Word, but I am stuck with the following situation:
The user fills out the new Word form on page 1 of the document. I would like
to have all user entries duplicated on pages 2, 3, and 4, thus making the
'carbon copy' of page 1. Each page has a different watermark, hence simply
not printing the same page 4 times.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this without user action other than to fill
out page 1??
