I am helping a friend setup an Outlook solution in a pier-pier environment... I haven't done this in years... only Exchange environments.
Can Workgroup environments
- have shared calendars for all members of the group
- have public folders
- contain Excel documents in a shared or public folder
- have custom forms in a shared or public folder that each user could use to enter and edit data stored in that folder
