Utility needed: Merge two .pst files while avoiding duplicates..

Hi,

A user have his email messages in two different .pst files which
partially overlapping time periods. How can I merge the data from these
two .pst files while avoiding duplicate messages and contact information?

Thanks for hints on MS or thirdparty tools for this task

Merge them both into a 3rd (new) .pst then use our deduplicators
