v. 11.1.0 issues

After installing the Update to 11.1.0, every Office application has slowed to
a crawl. In Entourage, if I'm in the Mail screen and select Address Book or
Calendar, I'm locked up for 10 to 15 seconds before the switch is made.

I'm running OS X 10.3.5, 512 MB of RAM.

Any suggestions?
