V-cards

I followed the instructions for saving my name as a V-
card. When it comes up on the e-mail to my customer the
only information that appears in the contact is my name
and e-mail address. What happened to the address, phone,
fax, etc.?

What instructions did you follow? Exact steps please. Your Outlook version?
