V-Cards

I sent an email with v-cards attached to four recipients. The user with
windows xp cannot open them - they appear as a .msg file rather than a .vcf.
The other users received and imported into their contacts successfully. Does
anyone know why this happens?

Sounds like you didn't send vCards at all -- i.e. .vcf files -- but instead sent actual Outlook contact items, which will appear as .msg attachments. The one recipient either doesn't have Outlook or, more likely, has their address marked in their contact record on your machine different from the others -- maybe for plain text only. Double-click the underlined email address to investigate. If you set it to rich-text, they'll be able to get useful contact attachments they can drag to their Contacts folder.
