V Look UP

Hi-
I have been using V look up and the formula is not bringin over the
information that i have requested.
I have two lists of names i am trying to compare. I have to see if a
name on my master list is on a second spreadsheet and if it is i need
to pull info from another column into the master spreadsheet.
When i have looked at the lists I can see that there is information
that should have been pulled over and is not. i have ensured that the
formatting is exactly the same and that there is not difference in the
way the names look or are spelled.
Help?

What formula are you using? Is the last parameter to the function FALSE?
