V2003 to Acrobat 6.0.3 conersion

Finally, my company upgraded to Visio 2000! Couple of issues:

1) When converting to Acrobat 6.0.3, bullets are stripped out of text. Worse
than this is the fact that some of them appear on other parts of the PDF page
at a larger size. I make PDFs for client presentations and this is very
frustrating. Is there a workaround? Is this a Visio or Acrobat issue?

2) I keep getting multiple Shapes tool pallettes showing up. Anything I can
do about this?

I have noticed the Acrobat menu issues. Nice of Adobe to fix the issue by
forcing people to upgrade to 7.0!
