Vacation Message

I am trying to do a reply message while I'm on vacation. However we, at our
office, do not have the exchange and creating a rule isn't working either.
Any ideas?

There is an add-in that I found by mistake that might help you to replace
the out of office from the Exchange server: Auto Reply Manager for Outlook.

Already tried that but it won't let me save the text as an outlook document
