vaccation sate

Dear

I have a table with two field, one field for emplyees name,
another field for date arrived from vaccation.(this field for date of
arrived from vaccation for each and every time)
now i want to make one query that it will show each emplyees
last vaccation arrived date how it is possible,

Can any body give any tips over this

Use a totals query

-- Open a new query
-- Select the two fields Employee Name and Date Arrived from Vacation
-- Select View: Totals from the menu
-- Change "Group by" to "MAX" under Date arrived from Vacation
-- Run the query.
