PEPE ARENAS - BARCELONA - SPAIN

I have purchased a VAIO-SONY computer that brings an original Microsoft
OfficeXP and a simple Microsoft Office 2003 instaled joint with several
programs more.
The main problem is that they do not give the XP or the office CD
separatelly. So, if you have any problem when you want to repair the XP or
the Office it is impossible to do it from outside the computer.
I tried to install the OneNote supplied by Microsoft for checking it and the
program do not recofnise my XP License number as a legal one.
What do I have to do to obtain Windows XP in a CD? SONY say SORRY SIR.
The Office version arrive to me in Portuguese instead than in Spanish.
Obviously as it was computers for the Iberic Peninsula in Asia do not
distinguish between Portugal and Spain. What I have to do to obtain my Office
2003 CD version in Spanish?
May you please contact SONY and transfer this problems. For me is the best
computer I had but they are loosing their prestige for stupid mistakes. THANKS
