Validate a form control...

How does one validate a form control
like Me.Year to make sure that the user
enters it like this:

2004
...rather than
04

I want to do this at form level rather than at table level.

Great - but for some reason it ignores my VALIDATION TEXT...it seems to
default to system validator text rather than obeying my custom
message...know why?
