Suggestion:
When Outlook opens a message signed with a certificate, it verifies that the
certificate is valid.
When it opens an old message, signed with a certificate that *was* valid at
the time the message was received, it complains that the certificate is no
longer valid, although it was valid on reception, because it is expired.
I think Outlook should verify that the certificate was valid at the time the
message was *received* (not *sent*, since we have no control over the
sender's clock).
