Validation error for Office 2003

After having my motherboard replaced for the 3rd time or so I received a
validation error for Office Professional Enterprise Edition 2003 and Project
Stnadard 2003, which are legal copies and validated fine until now. This is
an open license version from CDW. Windows XP professional validates fine.
Help!
