Validation of MS office 2003 Pro

I had installed MS office 2003 in April 22nd 2005.
I had trouble in August 2005 as the PC kept crashing.
MS instructions after the crashes were to uninstall all recently installed
programs. Office 2003 Pro was one of these programs.
When I tried to reinstall Office I kept getting failures as the "install"
window showed the message 'rolling back' near the end of installation.
***From August 28th 2005 until Sept 1st 2005 I was actively communicating
With the Microsoft 'OFFICE COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS' trying to find answers.
This would be on record. I went under the banner TOMAR as that was my
company. The heading was " reinstalling MS office 2003 Pro'. ***
I finished up paying Microsoft Australia $50 to assist me.
Later I again had problems and it turned out that the PC HDD was faulty.
When I replaced the HDD with a 200GB Seagate I had to reinstall again.
After that everything went good. I got Automatic D/loads regularly.
When I downloaded other Office programs I had to 'VALIDATE' each time and
there wasn't any problems. That is, until lately. MS states through their
support rep that they had updated their 'Records' and the Product Key I had
used to reinstall Office had been used too many times and was now 'blocked'.
I don't understand how Microsoft can state that they updated their
"Records " and a 'Product Key' that had been 'Valid' for the past 12 months
is now 'Invalid'.
I am disappointed that Microsoft can do that to a customer seeing as I
didn't have any trouble validating my 'Product Key' up until a couple of
weeks ago.
I honestly believed that they were better than that.
(***I found the above info and dates etc in another mail program
(Thunderbird ) on my PC). I had failed to realize that I didn't have it as
long as I thought. All these reinstalls happened on the same PC so I can't
see any wrongdoing there.
I purchased the product, registered the product, Validated the product
(when requested to do so) and had problems with the product. So why couldn't
I uninstall and reinstall when it was necessary due to problems with the HDD
for example?
