Have you tried downloading directly from Office Online? Find your template
that you want using the program new list, then switch to your web browser to
get it directly from Office Online.

After furious head scratching, sstill asked:
| I am in the actual program, and go to New, in the office tab. I am
| choosing templates from the list under new. So I would say it is
| under the template tab.

| When the error box comes up it says I don't have a genuine product (
| I got it from Microsoft). The error box tells me to get genuine and
| validate the product (I have several times) and when I do it tells me
| that Validation was successful. I still cannot get any templates from
| any of my Office programs.
