Validation Rule for a Date Field

I am trying to write a validation rule for a date field in a table. A
valid entry for this field/rule would be a date between 25 years ago (in the
past) from today (the day the record was added) and 14 days from today (in
the future). Since the date range would be based on the date() function it
would allow this "window" od dates to roll forward. Any suggestions on how
I would write the rule?
