Validation Violation when should be fine

Hello.

I have a problem I can't get around.
I import a table with two columns from Excel spr sheet
Our Po Number
Cust PO number

in my database I want it to append Our PO number where the Cust PO number is
equal. (the Customer PO is the PK). The append query I show in datasheet view
is fine and should work, although it can't because it says it Violates the
Validations Rules.

however I have set none for this field. Data types are the same... I can't
figure it out and I now quite frustrated with it. - Is this because the Cust.
PO number is the primary key? I don't need to update that field in Access.

Someone please help.
