VALIDATION

I am trying to download an update to Office Professional Edition 2003. Each
time I get a validation notice of This computer has failed validation. The
product key used to install Office has been blocked by Microsoft. I have a
perfectly valid and not a counterfeit copy of the CD. Why is Microsoft
stating the above?

Would someone please direct me on how to handle this error and also to allow
me to continue to do downloads.
