Value converted to hours and mins?

I have a value, lets say its 504.7

the .7 is actually 1 hour 10 mins (.6 = 1 hour being 10th of 60 mins)


Can Excel convert the value 504.7 to 505 Hrs 10 Mins ?

(without VB Script please, just formulas)
