value disappears

I created a hover button in Frontpage 2000 with the following command:
<param name="text" value="Location">. The value disappears when accessing
the file online, after I have uploaded the page file to the Worldnet
Personal Web Pages hose. Can someone help with this problem? Thanks. /gy
