Value within a range

I want a lookup where I type in a number in a a cell ie 50 I get an answer of
4, but when I enter 150 where the answer should be 7 ie(6+1).

Range Number
1 to 15 1
16-30 2
31-45 3
46-60 4
61-75 5
75-100 6
above 100 6+ for every 50

Any ideas
