Valve Builder in Visio 2003?

We just upgraded to Vision 2003 from 2000 and we can't figure out what
happened to the Valve Builder macro/addin that was in Visio 2000.

Can I add it back in to Visio 2003?

Please help! This was a great tool for us and will force us back to Visio
2000 if it cannot be added into Visio 2003.

The Valve Builder add-on was a great tool for us since it would help guide
the user in building the valve symbol. Since we have both version here is
there any way I can add or move the Valve Builder over to Visio 2003? Would
it work if did an upgrade install instead of a new install?
