Hello,
I'm having troubles coming up with a formula for my stores labor percentages.
My store averages $18,000 a week in sales, the management staff has a fixe
income of $1423 for each week. At $18,000, this works out to be 7.8% labor cos
on management. We're allowed a 25.6% labor cost at 18,000$ and this works out t
be a 17.8% for crew. The difficulty here is that these are rough averages fo
the store, on the high end we do $26,000 in a week, on the low end we d
$10,000. What I'm trying to figure out is, at $1000 dollar increments, wha
labor cost percentage would be allowed at 26,000$ on down to 10,000$, with i
roughly equating to 25.6% average on 18,000$ a month for a year. Is this eve
possible without more data to input?
