I have some problems regardin' an add-in for Outlook

1. I have to call a Form in Tools Menu
2. From time to time, base on a period i have to check if there are some
file in a specified folder
and if the files are there I have to send them... to a group of emails.

cand somebody tell me how can I do that?

Hello, Alex.

have a look at Sue Moshers Site www.outlookcode.com.
Maybe you will find some samples here.

General you have to create an AddIn that creates a menu in the Explorer
that creates a new item from template.
For your Folder problem you can restrict the Folder Items for any document
items whixh are unread.
