VB Code to open a project on Project Server

Howdy,

Been playing with the Howdy,

Been playing with the ActiveX objects for project 2002.
So far so good, I can create a new project or open an
existing project that is an MPP file, but I haven't
figured out how to open a project that is stored on our
Project Server.

I'm using Visual Studio 6 - Visual BASIC.

I've found no way to logon to the project server or
connect to it in any way. Nor have I found a way to open
a project that is stored there.

I did play around with the Profiles object to get the
default profile and the Profile object to get the Project
Server URL, but now what?

I'd like to be able to open several projects that are on
the server and return some task information from each.

Thanks in advance.

Marla

PS - I'll be happy to move to .NET if I must.

Marla,

You may want to post this question to the
microsoft.public.project.vba group as they will be better
positioned to answer programming questions. That group
has served me well in the past.

Sorry I couldn't help more.
