VB Editor Window

How can I get my VB Editor Window to always be maximized? I seems to default
to 'normal' size, even after I maximize it and save the spreadsheet. Is
there some way to set this?

Try clicking the Save button in the VBA window while it is maximized instead
of changing back to the worksheet to save. Works for me.

I have tried saving in both the Editor and the spreadsheet. If I get out and
come back in, it is still maximized. If I open another spreadsheet, it is
back to normal.

If, on the following day, I open the spreadsheet it worked on the day
before, it is back to normal.

It hasn't always been this way - just started 4-5-6 weeks ago.

I am only guessing here but because you say that my suggestion works on the
same workbook but not on new workbooks then the problem might be in the
template being used when the new workbook is created. Look up templates in
help and see if you can change the template.

The spreadsheets are ones I have used, literally, for years. There are no
'new' workbooks, as in created from scratch.

When I say 'back to normal', I mean 'normal' as opposed to 'maximized' or
'minimized'.

Like I said, I was only guessing and am now out of guesses. Sorry cannot help
any further.
