VB error message

When I attempt to open in My Documents a saved Word 2000
document a VB message screen appears with the
message "Run-time error '5': Invalid Procedure Call or
Argument". The only way I can open the Word document is
to click on the "End" button within the VB message
screen. I do not have VB installed on my computer. How
can I delete this error so it does not appear everytime I
try to open a saved Word 2000 document? When I open a
new Word 2000 document it does not appear but as soon as
I save it and attempt to open it, the VB message appears.
